-3 to 5 years solid experience in Menswear & Womenswear Apparel.
-Samples & production follow up,daily communication with vendors, strong price negotiations.
-Strong in giving precise comments & approvals for fit samples, pre-production samples, color lab dips, fabrics & accessories.
-Must be proficient in all technical aspects on garments, fabrics & trims.Able to monitor & control the quality of finished products. Fully understand the complete production flow.
-Export experience a plus.
-Complete knowledge of time & action calendar as well as production schedules.
-Extremely organized, detailed oriented, excellent in handling multi-tasks.
-Flexible & able to meet tight deadlines.
-Excellent communicator, able to do regular reporting on all aspects plus WIP & delivery schedules to Senior Management.
-Team player & able to work under stress.
-Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point.
